What I thought was: it’s not the place that adorns a man, but a man that adorns the place.
Wherever you are, wherever you’re going to, or staying at same place for ages – it absolutely doesn’t matter.
Because what you do is way more important.
I’m living in Moscow. Making photosessions of girls in pantyhose in Kiev, Almaty and Moscow.
Having great supporting friend – Vlad Gorshkov – in Krasnoyarsk that is 3369 km (2094 mi) away – that keeps sending his great artworks for pro-kolgotki.
Having happy customers from Australia, Japan, Singapore, USA, Germany and Italy.
Getting actual support from San-Francisco, Denver and Mexico City.
At such points it becomes clear: what you actually do is way more important than where you actually are.
Having said that, your dreams of moving to the US or seeing new places become just so hilarious and childish.
Within recent years, wherever I went to I’ve been constantly thinking of taking photos of girls in pantyhose. Literally looking at things, places and locations with only one thought: ‘this would be a perfect location for a session of girl in sheer glossy pantyhose and short skirt’.
And since you can’t run away from yourself, I realised that I’d need to be actually taking photographs and doing a magazine about pantyhose put on beautiful girls.
It took another couple of years to accept yourself in front of yourself :)
Now I’m sitting at Costa Coffee in London and doing another bunch of retouch for the upcoming pro-kolgotki October 2015 issue.
